My name is Dr. Parky Lau, Stanford-trained sleep expert. I have experience working with hundreds of people with chronic sleep issues – many of these individuals have struggled with insomnia for decades. And the vast majority have become good sleepers in our work together. I am also the author of The Insomnia Paradox: A Sleep Expert’s Guide To Overcome Insomnia and Change the Way You Think About Sleep.

I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and other sleep disorders (e.g., circadian rhythm disorder, nightmare disorder) to get you from years of insomnia to being a good sleeper. Sleep does not have to be a battlefield every night. I can help to transform bedtime to be something you look forward to, rather than a place of fear.
