Dr. Lau presents his first book, The Insomnia Paradox. This book is the culmination of what we know about treatments of insomnia without the use of medication. The strategies presented in this book are derived from research trials and the gold standard treatment of chronic insomnia – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
